Artist Statement:
Blue, aqua hues represent the safe haven of Serene Harbor, each dot depicts a single victim of domestic violence that was suffocating in the depths of control. As each brave dot (person) spoke out loud, their voice became a bubble, rising from unforeseen danger and solitude. Gently they will surface…and breathe life once again. “Individually we area drop, together we are an ocean.”
